ADVANCED PLACEMENT SCHOLARS ARE ANNOUNCED

Forty-six Westhill High School students/graduates have been named Advanced Placement Scholars by The College Board in recognition of their exceptional achievement on the college-level Advanced Placement (AP) Examinations. Several levels of achievement are recognized based on the number of year-long courses and examinations (or their equivalent semester-long courses and examinations).
Eight students qualified for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP Examinations taken, and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these examinations. They are Cade Caloia, Phoebe Gumaer, Alison Lancette, Lizzy McPeak, Drew O’Reilly, Luke Pickett, Jackson Suddaby, and Molly Thompson.
Sixteen students qualified for the AP Scholar with Honors Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP Examinations taken, and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these examinations. They are Sike Ajagbe, Ava Antoine, Peyton Deno, Molly Dorfman, Zane Eldred, Caitlyn Knohl, Sydney MacBain, Miley McClave, Julie McGann, Julian Metzgar, Liz Mueller, Mary Kate Rewakowski, Helena Sipley, Emlyn Sisack, Gianna Spasevski, and Julianna Terek.
Twenty-two students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by receiving grades of 3 or higher on three or more AP Examinations. They are Vincent Amorese, Grace Bergett, Gavin Borne, Samantha Burkett, Phoebe Burns, Anthony Cardoso, Charles DeMore, Claire Detor, Grace Enriquez, Rachel Evans, Joshua Gratien, Georgia Hange, Luke Henesey, Caroline Knoll, Grace McGlynn, Teddy Popp, Regan Robbins, Adriana Saya-Pucello, William Stiner, Evangelina Tarolli, Isabel Young, and Liliana Young.
