2024 NAMM Best Communities for Music Education

The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation has announced the results of its 24th annual “Best Communities for Music Education” survey, which acknowledges schools and districts across the U.S. for their commitment and support of music education in schools.

The Westhill Central School District has once again been named as one of the NAMM Foundation’s 2024 Best Communities in the nation for Music Education for the 8th consecutive year. Districts that have been recognized by the NAMM Foundation are often held up as models for other educators looking to boost their own music education programs. 

This is an incredible recognition that honors the outstanding efforts by teachers, administrators, parents, students and community leaders who have made music education part of a well-rounded education. 

We are so grateful to the Westhill Community and District for their enthusiastic and ever-present support of Music in our Schools, and we are so proud of the Westhill Music Department, Music Faculty and our talented Student-Musicians! Congratulations!
