Strategic Plan

This Strategic Plan is a roadmap for continuous improvement for the Westhill Central School District. Following a community-wide survey involving all stakeholders, as well as individual interviews with staff, a Core Committee was created to review feedback and identify priority areas for the district. Out of this initial work, five Action Teams were created to develop specific actionable goals tied to each priority area to create this Strategic Plan.

This document outlines the strategic priorities for the Westhill Central School District, focussing on fostering a sense of belonging, aligning K-12 curriculum, supporting mental health, providing student opportunities, and enhancing special education.
